We went to another carpet store and the salesperson was on his phone almost the whole time and actually made us feel uncomfortable! People were just sitting around and not helping at all. So, we went to Endicott's and they were engaging, polite and then called the salesman who handles our builder. Stewart came right away and spent a long time with us explaining everything and going over everything we needed to know.
